About Us
Na Pizzetta Organic is a mobile Italian catering company specialising in authentic certified organic sourdough pizza and private events. “Na Pizzetta” means “a little pizza” in Roman slang. However, it’s not really about the size, it’s about the simple pleasure of sharing freshly made, delicious food with the people you love.
Everything began in 2017 with nothing more than a marquee, a pizza oven and a lot of passion. Our mission was simple: to bring authentic certified organic sourdough pizza to markets, microbreweries, festivals and private events across Brisbane. Along the way, we met incredible people and suppliers who shared our passion for premium organic ingredients. These relationships allowed us to support local organic farms and small businesses while staying true to our commitment to quality.
We also began importing some of Italy’s finest certified organic ingredients, including organic flour, Mozzarella di Bufala, truffles and organic crushed tomatoes, ensuring every pizza remains authentic, wholesome and full of flavour.
In 2020 we introduced our food trailer "The Italian Stallion Gourmet Pizza", a horse float converted into a pizza truck which replaced our original market stall and quickly became a favourite at Brisbane’s leading microbreweries, Bardon Bowls Club and private celebrations throughout South East Queensland.
We loved our new pizza trailer so much that we built a second one and the same style, dedicated exclusively to private parties and celebrations. It quickly became a popular choice for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and corporate events. The same premium ingredients. The same 48-hour certified organic sourdough pizza (including our signature gluten-free base). The same passion for authentic Italian food. But with an expanded menu designed to cater for every occasion. From grazing platters, homemade gnocchi and gluten-free arancini to Sicilian cannoli, Nutella & Berry Dessert Pizza and our gluten-free Nonna-style Tiramisù.
